• At Takayama, we wish to provide you with the best dining experience possible. For dinner reservations, we strongly encourage guests to arrive earlier than their reservation time as we will start serving your menu at 7:15pm. In each season, our menu focuses largely on seasonal premium seafood, and we would like to apologize in advance that we are unable to accommodate crustacean or shellfish allergies and there are no vegan or vegetarian options available.
• A deposit of $100 (Lunch & Dinner) is compulsory for each diner for reservations. Cancellations or changes to the reservations must be informed at least 72 hours ahead of the reservation date to avoid a cancellation fee. (Amount on hold will be released back to the credit card in 14 to 31 working days). In the event of no-show, kindly note a no-show fee of $100 per guest will be charged.
• Chope vouchers are applicable on all menus except on Public Holidays.
• Seating requests are first come first serve basis, our team will get back to you as soon as possible regarding the availability of your seating preferences.
• Reservations are accepted 30 days in advance only.
