Pullman Singapore Hill Street

Clean and modern hotel at convenient location within walking distance to City Hall MRT station. I like the room feature where the curtains automatically draw open and the TV turns itself on when you enter the room. Shower area is spacious and rainshower is nice to use. Hotel pool is a good place to chill with sufficient shade from the sun.

Lounge staff was very attentive & helpful, initiating conversations & suggesting drinks. Pool was very relaxing to soak in. Room ventilation could be better though, as even with aircon, it still felt a lil stuffy.

The service was top-notched. The only thing that I’d like to feedback is the room preference. Have informed months earlier that I wanted a room on the 10th floor. However upon check in, I was informed the room isn’t available, which was quite disappointing.

Not too good . Noisy. Can’t sleep well. Dark. Feel not good ….

All good. Just the coffee machine at Madison cafe. Many guests were struggling with it and staff had to run to help which is a waste of their time. Coffee machine with beans or ground coffee would be better. The Indian guy who attended to me was a little rude making fun of guests English infront of other guests to the other staff.. Staring at me for saying coffee with cream and sugar instead of Americano, which I eventually did. Whats the difference.and harm in exercising a little humility?. The coffee house is crowded and he was clearly audible. It is frustrating handling guests at times but if you want people to come back the its best to do it at the staff canteen not at the restaurant I in front of other guests who CAN speak English. Ryan at the lounge was just brilliant and so was the F & B Manager who appeared to be around morning, noon.and night with a smile on her face. Service at the lounge 3rd floor was impeccable. I was misinformed that we had free breakfast at the lounge and Ryan was very polite about it, instead of announcing loudly that I needed to pay. Girl at the reception who checked us in was extremely kind and apologetic about the breakfast error.

The location is good near to many mall and there is MRT nearby . Staffs are very helpful and polite .

I paid for a bay view room, but I stay at 8F can barely see the bay. There are dusts in my room and the shower room has water when I entered my room. When I took shower. I found that the pump of my shower gel was broken, so I called and asked for a travel size, the operator said they don’t have travel size set, then I request for a new bottle of shower gel, but I wait for 15 mins to got it. Can’t believe those services are provided by a 5 star hotel. The location is good, bed is comfy.

+Location was brilliant, Lots of great places to explore nearby. +The hotel is new and so it had that clean feel to it. +The pool on the rooftop was awesome! -Hotel seems very understaffed and over crowded. -Breakfast on 1st floor way too busy -Service pretty slow. -Lifts floors are not visible. My husband and I booked this hotel as a treat for his birthday, we expected a small room so the size didn't really bother us, although the view we booked was 'city view' and all we could see was the large building opposite. Also when we arrived in our room, the welcome note on the television was not our name but someone else's, and remained that way for four days. I have to mention the biggest let down of this whole trip was that I had 3 random charges from The Pullman totalling to 33000HKD on my credit card. This is completely unacceptable no matter if the hotel is new or not. I complained about this and the hotel were/are very aware of how appalling this error is. (The hotel manager apologised a lot, sent cake and wine a day later for my husbands birthday, as well as paid our taxi fee to the airport) All very much appreciated although doesn't really make up for the fact that such a large sum of money was charged to my credit card. Update-I am back from my trip and the full amount has not been refunded to my account, still missing 444.44HKD. We would not stay at The Pullman again. Not up to the standard of a 5 star hotel.

The Hotel is so New with its design inside were so unique and some kind like retro style.front desk staff Mr.Khulzudin, i can’t really spell it correct. But this young chap are so well mannered with well work etiquette.thank you very much. I really enjoyed my stay there. Good job guys.🤟🤟🤟🤟
