    Try their Butterfly Tonic, a re-imagined Gin and Tonic featuring dry gin, butterfly pea, lavender and tonic. With its fresh floral notes, try pairing it with a Beef Pepperoni Sourdough Pizza for the best texture pairings that enhance the beef's flavour and the alcohol's taste. Their pizzas are made with naturally fermented sourdough, and they are doughy, fragrant, and oh-so-cheesy.

    For desserts, go for Exotique. A perfect combination of yuzu curd with coconut mousse, topped with fresh mangoes and paired with lime sorbet, enjoy this decadent dessert with their Pit of the Plum cocktail to offset the tartness of the yuzu curd and lime sorbet.
