Olivia Restaurant & Lounge requires a credit card authorisation ($35 per pax) for all online reservations on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, PH, and eve of PH, for lunch and dinner.

Please note that no payment will be collected at this time, and that the amount will just be held in order to secure your reservation. Kindly note that it may take up to 7 days following your reservation date for the amount to be released and reflected in your credit/debit card's statement, due to the bank processing time.

Our cancellation policy:
Regular reservations: No-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the reservation date will be subjected to a cancellation fee of the total guaranteed amount.

The cancellation fee reflects the cost of food, drink and staffing incurred by us in anticipation of the booking and lost revenue from the empty table.
