Seriously Bad Experience We just visited the hotel this month and there are so many bad issues about this hotel, let me list some of them which i still remember: 1. AC is not working, then we complain, the staff try to repair it but still not working, from 3pm to 3am the AC still broken, then we complain to the person so called "AC techinician" , but he respon with a very rude tone that he said he also very tired and want to go home and don't want to try anymore to fix the AC 2. The hall is very dirty , the pool is green (idk how) and that caused so many mosquites that cant be count.. seriously confused about it.. because the entire night we sleep, i killed +-7 of em.. not counting the others that still flying around + we killed couples of cockroaches in our bathroom 3. The lift is broken, we need to use the stairs.. and the stairs is so dirty as well (not surprised) 4. Last but not least.. on the afternoon my room is on "do not disturb" and i leave the room about half an hour.. when i'm back, the bed is halfway being tidied up, one of bath towel is gone, the mineral water is replace by the new one (which is ok) but they leave the bathroom not cleaned at all.. then, i immediately ask the staff who is on the hall doing the room cleaning, but they said they don't know anything and haven't clean my room.. That's a little bit of my bad experience.. thanks if you read all of it :D haha

Sorry to give a bad review. But i think this issue is very serious 1. AC is not working. I already complain once, they said it need time to cool. But after 2-3 hour, it is still hot. 2. 01.30 AM, i told the staff that the AC still not working. But there is no engineering, and they cannot move us to another room due to room availability. They only can give us fan. I feel like staying in the “non-star” hotel. AC is the main item in a hotel. I cannot sleep at all 3. The parking lot is so dirty, and no elevator at all I know this hotel just openned. But i think this hotel is not ready to serve guest and need a lot of cleaning duty I really disappointed and having bad experience.
